Kade Terrell
Raised in Louisiana, Kade grew up in the construction industry where he learned and mastered many trades. At a young age, he was taught by his grandfather that a strong work ethic was vital to success and owning your own business. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Kade spent the next 10 years in the Wholesale Lumber Industry, where knowledge and experience proved that customer service was the second key ingredient to a strong and successful business.

Kade’s construction experience is backed by many years in various roles. Over the course of his career, Kade has found that his passion lies within building Custom Homes and bringing a clients’ visions to life. This led him to the birth of Terrell Construction.

For the last decade, Kade’s sole focus has been New Construction Custom Homes. Prioritizing custom features and unmatched craftsmanship, Terrell Construction has found a niche within the high-end Custom Home market.

Licensed in the State of Florida and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Marilou works hands on with Terrell Construction clients to guide and help design every element of their unique project from start to finish.

Operations Manager
With years of experience at Terrell Construction, Seth's leadership and work ethic has been a huge asset to the team and monumental for its success. Having worked in all areas of construction since the early days of the company, Seth continues to excel with his skills and knowledge in the field, as well as operations.
