Raised in Louisiana, Kade Terrell was immersed in the construction industry from an early age, learning the fundamentals of the trade firsthand. Under the guidance of his grandfather, he gained more than just practical skills — he was taught the value of a strong work ethic and the importance of building something you can be proud of. These early lessons laid the foundation for his future as a business owner.

After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Kade spent a decade in the wholesale lumber industry, where he deepened his understanding of materials and logistics. It was here he discovered the second key to running a successful business: exceptional customer service. These combined experiences shaped his approach to construction — one that values craftsmanship, communication, and client satisfaction.

Kade’s career has taken him through a variety of roles within the construction world, but his true passion has always been in custom homebuilding. That passion ultimately led to the founding of Terrell Construction.
​
For the past 10 years, Kade has focused exclusively on new construction custom homes, specializing in luxury builds that combine architectural vision with fine detail. Through Terrell Construction — and its luxury division, Terrell Custom Homes — he has carved out a niche in the high-end market, known for prioritizing custom features, personal touches, and uncompromising quality.

Marilou Stones
A.S.I.D. Designer
Marilou is an award-winning International Designer with a degree in Interior Design. Licensed in the State of Florida and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Marilou works hands on with Terrell Construction clients to guide and help design every element of their unique project from start to finish.
Seth Carter
Operations Manager
With years of experience at Terrell Construction, Seth's leadership and work ethic has been a huge asset to the team and monumental for its success. Having worked in all areas of construction since the early days of the company, Seth continues to excel with his skills and knowledge in the field, as well as operations.
Andrew Terrell
Apprentice
What started as a part-time, seasonal assignment, quickly became a passion for recent graduate, Andrew. Taking construction courses throughout high school, the knowledge and experience he gained quickly led him to a full-time position, where he has proven to be an integral part of the field team.

Keith joins Terrell Construction with several years of managerial experience in the construction industry. Dedicated to the safety of the team and the efficacy of each project, Keith oversees the security of field operations, ensuring that your project is taken care of every step of the way.

As Superintendent of New Construction, Justin excels at the ability to efficiently manage and execute projects from planning to completion. Roberto is a dedicated and driven construction apprentice who actively contributes on the job site across all phases of custom home building. He assists the team with tasks from site prep to the final finishes of a home. Business Manager
Having years of experience in various construction-related roles, Lindsy has teamed up with Terrell Construction to support administrative and clerical operations. Also serving as the website developer and manager, Lindsy enjoys utilizing her skills and expertise to maintain the online presence of Terrell Construction.
