Kade Terrell

Raised in Louisiana, Kade grew up in the construction industry where he learned and mastered many trades. At a young age, he was taught by his grandfather that a strong work ethic was vital to success and owning your own business. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Kade spent the next 10 years in the Wholesale Lumber Industry, where knowledge and experience proved that customer service was the second key ingredient to a strong and successful business.

With more than 25 years experience in the field, Kade launched Terrell Construction with a vision of bringing a clients dream to life and completing jobs with the highest quality standards. Kade enjoys the many perks of living in Central Florida and when not working, you can find him in the gym, boating on the chain of lakes, or spending time with his family.

Erick has recently taken on the role as Assistant Superintendent with Terrell Construction. His hard work and dedication to each project has been pivotal in his time with the company. Marilou Stones

Designer

Marilou is an award-winning International Designer with a degree in Interior Design. Licensed in the State of Florida and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Marilou works hands on with Terrell Construction clients to guide and help design every element of their unique project from start to finish.

Keith Juhant

Risk & Safety Manager

Keith joins Terrell Construction with several years of managerial experience in the construction industry. Dedicated to the safety of the team and the efficacy of each project, Keith oversees the security of field operations, ensuring that your project is taken care of every step of the way.

Lindsy Malinoski

Business Administrator

Having years of experience in various construction-related roles, Lindsy has teamed up with Terrell Construction to support administrative and clerical operations. Also serving as the website developer and manager, Lindsy enjoys utilizing her skills and expertise to maintain the online presence of Terrell Construction.
